OK, I could be completely wrong, but.....I thought TRY...CATCH came out in SQL 2005. RAISERROR probably goes back further to SQL 2000 (I think?).

I can't recall if THROW was in SQL 2005 or if it was added later.

VFP 6 was....1998?
