We use both PBI Report Server and PBI Cloud, and I can say for fact that some of those items are misleading.

I will give you a more detailed answer later, but for now...

You absolutely CAN schedule PBI report server reports for a data refresh on a schedule. We wouldn't be able to use it, if that weren't the case.

As for "dashboards", it's because of the way MS tried to redefine the concept. Bottom line, you can create a multi-page, dashboard-type report scenario for your users.

Some of the other items on that list are also misleading. I'll get back to you later.
