I had a history with Walter and he is the one that refuses to stop bothering me. In my exposure to him, via a mutual acquaintance that I taught a lot of FoxPro to, I ended up not working with either of them because they made crappy software and had a lot of stupid ideas. I have been the recipient of his targeted harassment for a long time. Just because you are unaware of this, does not mean it is not happening.
