>>>As always the devil is in the detail: break the figures into >50 age bracket and suddenly the case counts are lower for unvaccinated while death rate is significantly higher: 220 deaths in 13,427 vaccinated cases, versus 110 deaths in 2,337 unvaccinated cases.

When the MD is not forced to argue for certain treatments or topic is not politicked - ACK.
Still - at the end there are no clear decicions, as often "best treatment" will have side effects or personal wish might reach into areas where fundamental world view are oblique - from abortion to "die without machines" at the extreme but also deciding to go or skip certain treatments with side effects heavy on the one side and not prolonging much on the other.

And if I spend time discussing / planning where and what to eat, taking time to think these things through myself / for family it is better spent then waging the pro and cons of percentages of vegetarian / non-vegetarian dishes ordered or pondering colour, grape sort and land of origin for wine.

Wishful thinking with males under 25 sleeping usually without potential sex partner at arms length.
Better to always pack special gear intended for wet zones and not be too drunk to dress for the occasion...
