>>Good try, Hank, but let's get real.
>>With the virus, we needed a steady hand and Joe did a pretty good job with that.

>Without the virus, your kids would only learn about 45 prez at this moment.
Agreed.
>Must say I have no info on Kamela (besides some remarks from Kevin), but the tone of approval after nominating her (less on accomplishments, more on political balancing and harvesting votes not entirely pro Biden) were depressing. Or: the real surprise winner of VP debate was the fly...
A lot of things will happen before the next presidential election.
I saw something this weekend that I've only seen once before in my lifetime.
During the exciting BMW golf championship, won heroically by Patrick Cantlay, Fed Ex ran TV commercials asking people to come to work for them.
When I was stationed in southern CA during the early fifties, aircraft manufacturers out there used to run radio commercials begging people to come to work for them.
Those go-go days ended with the Reagan-era anti worker policies.
It took almost 70 years but it might be happening again.
If it does, hold on to your hat- we might be in for some roaring times.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
