I have a user with my VFP 5.0a application that is using an HP5P and has the same trouble. My application sends the print job to the printer but then the print says that the paper is not loaded. I guess I should have them load paper in the manual tray. Again, why is this happening? I have almost 400 users using my application nationwide. Although we have been having a terrible time with HP printer drivers we have always been able to resolve them with the latest printer driver. Not in this case.

Then the user says, "The printer works fine in all other programs. What is wrong with yours?" Frustrating!

Any solutions would be appreciated.
