Yupp, that was one of the main reasons put forward. Our hackish way to circumvent the issue, sending in BCC to specific logging adress on sending machine was not deemed "safe" or "clear" enough. IMO having a return of the mail sent out is better proof of reliable sending, but stupidity ruled strongly that day on the other side

Not totally certain, but I think 64 bit Dotnet can call into 32 bit COM. Might be possible to Rube Goldberg something from Dotnet...
