There are a few I am aware of - WIX and many interfaces to WordPress provided by companies like Dreamhost.

That said, take some advice - learn the underlying tech for websites. You will find that in the end you are better off.

I don't use any of the so called ease of use tools to build websites. They are very limiting and without much benefit.

Although, I have a friend that uses the WordPress tools to build the interface and then just copies out the HTML, css, JS to static pages (I think he uses HUGO). He believes it saves time.
