>>Impressive. I have made a several holes-in-one on my local course but no card. If you came to Florida we could play my local course and just use the regular tees. You would only have to bring 7 & 8 irons, wedge and putter. The 7 iron is used mostly to ward off the occasional rattlesnake or around the pond you might see a copperhead. As you can see on the attachment the green fees are still reasonable - in the old days there was just a box with a sign saying "Donations". The course "ball in hand" rule will help your score. The 19th or should I say 7th hole is located just a few blocks away at the American Legion Post.

There is also another course we could play. St James Bay course (green fees $39 -$59) is only 14 miles from the Carrabelle police station. The original police station is now in a museum but the link shows the original. BTW, the police chief shown won the lottery, bought himself "the only thing I really ever wanted" - a "brand new" Ford F150 pickup. It was rumored that the reason he never gave tickets was because he couldn't read or write.

Fairly new figures from bestplaces.net
Carrabelle violent crime is 9.7. (The US average is 22.7)
Carrabelle property crime is 20.8. (The US average is 35.4)
