Not to my knowledge.
You mentioned earlier that you had the file c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\msdn98\98vs\1033\msdnvs98.col. Is the system pointing to that or foxhelp.chm in the same directory? The former file is (I think) to be used. Since there are many shared components (ActiveX) indicating the msdnvs98.col allows you to get help for these as well, and also gives access to the complete VS 98 docs. I'd try pointing the system towards the msdnvs98.col file, and if that didn't work, then a re-install as a last resort.
