A tutifruti here... because mid-year there's lot of diverse fruit but never enough the one kind at a time, so we mix em up and let them ferment together. No headache, just pure natural moonshine, taste differs from cask to cask, depending on what fruit (or jam, if it gets too old we just add it), strength around 48% volume, some 3 shots (of 0,05l) suffice for an evening.
