Then, it is not on GoFish side. We can focus on Command Window.
The error happens with or without project loaded?
If with the one, then with other projects too? (Single one loaded into IDE)

If you can point it to a certain project, restore the very project to latest state working.
If on any project / without project. Uninstall / Install VFP/VFPA
