Hi,
Today, when I open Outlook or any other MS 365 applications, the message - at the top - says:
It looks like your credential are out of date. Please sign in as ... my email address.. [Sign In]
And Unlicensed Product.
When I try to sign it with the correct password or even if I say "send me a key" to reset the password and then I enter either password or the key, an empty rectangular box appears which does nothing.
Attached is the image of this box.
Any suggestions?
