Hi John,
No idea how licensing is structured in QB,
but if allowed I'd probably go with VM's for each version
so to be certain that newer updates don't clobber
the old version with some dll hell mishap.
If it is really old, you can fit XP VM with no internet
connection into 12GB .vhd with lots of headroom -
just pick a disc that grows with needed space.
Nice for USB stick or disc ;-)
