I've been having a look at the active documents in VFP6 and very impressive they appear too. However I have a fundamental problem with pathing.
Because the app is downloaded and run on the client the path needs to be correct as the client sees it. SYS(5)+SYS(2003) returns the temporary internet files folder. I have got around the problem on our intranet by using UNC paths (eg \\myserver\mydir\), however what about dialling in from outside the intranet (people working from home etc).
If somebody simply arrives at the site without somehow logging onto the domain then I don't see how they will be able to access the tables.

Any ideas would be great.
