Thanks for your help.

I am using the setup wizard to create the setup.exe of the application,
and it usually works fine which is why I do not understand why this error
occurs. I guess the setup wizard includes this DLL to make sure its there.

Do you think I could remove this DLL from the Ditrib directory?
(I have to admit I am a bit scared just thinking about it...)

From what I heard from the user (which infortunately is in California)
he is trying to install this over a RAS connection. Could that be the problem?
