Hi Rod,

I don't quarrel with your advice. But I would like to discuss your opinion that @SAY... and @GET... may not be around much longer.

This would no doubt be a drastic step, and one which might likely result in other such commands being dropped too.
I feel that this would simply serve to further alienate those who are "hanging on" to VFP. I feel certain that it would render lots of present developers STUCK at that last version of VFP which supports those dropped instructions. This can hardly be helpful to promoting VFP generally.
