Right access on NT 4.0

I am setting up a NT 4.0 server. I install on my win95 workstation windows tool server NT.

With the tool I can add delete users manage groups etc. But when I am in Explorer and I access a LAN drive properties I do not have access to the permission in the tab security.

I am the Admin on that server and I can do all this on the server but not from my workstation. Is there something I am missing?
