The only thing I was doing wrong was forgetting to SELECT the cursor before the REPORT FORM command. I didn't know I had to do that. I had just figured it out before reading your message. I wished I had seen your message a few hours earlier. Oh well, thanks anyway. I appreciate the help.

Some days you just have to learn the hard way. I'll never forget it.
