Now I'm half-way through reading the book and I can tell you my preliminary review:

It's GREAT! Although I'm not sure why it's called anti-patterns as it encompasses more than code constructs. I see why the discussions about oApp being an antipattern have been going on as it appears to represent "The Blob" antipattern.....I think that this book is great when you get work re-engineering or re-architecting an existing system but not so sure it's all that helpful for planning or archtecting a new system.
