Memory Trouble with VFP6

Greetings!

I am experiencing significant memory trouble with VFP6, preventing me from fully utililizing tools like the Class Browser and Component Gallery. Occasionally, VFP6 crashes while in design mode.

Frequently, just after VFP6 loads, I receive the following error:
"Memory is low, so streaming output updating has been disabled."

This causes any text output, such as SAY (which I use for quick menus) to be displayed much slower.

I also receive plenty of "Not enough memory to complete operation" errors. Tools like the Class Browser or Component Gallery bomb after drilling down into an object.

I shut down most everything I have running, except for some utilities on the task bar, such as the scheduler or the RealAudio icon.

My system has 132megs of RAM, over 500megs left on C: and over 2gigs left on D:. I have the Windows virtual memory set to default (letting Windows manage it). Below is a partial dump of MSINFO during the last VFP6 session experiencing the errors. (I have the full dump MSINFO dump if necessary.) I would appreciate ANY input on what could be happening here. One thing I notice is that the GDI resources look quite low, but I do not know how to rectify it, aside from rebooting... which would be frequent.

Thanks!

Michael Reynolds
