I'd be concerned most by the small amount of GDI heap available, which is used by the graphic devices (screen, printers). There's a 64K maximum size limit to the GDI heap, a carryover from DOS/Win3 that still exists in Win9x. You might try running in a lower resolution mode, reducing the number of icons on your DeskTop, and the number of fonts installed on your system for starters.
