Not all programmer magazines have substantial subscription fees and restrict the code samples to subscribers. Visual Developer (Coriolis.com) allows downloads of all code samples going WAY BACK. In addition, a 1 yr subscription is 19.95. Unfortunately, for VFP'ers, I've never seen any articles on VFP. There philosophy squares with the almost universal availablity of the source code for 3rd party and Delphi components. This is a good resource for C++, Delphi, VB, Java and some general observations on computing and references to interesting Web sites. It sure was nice when I didn't understand how something worked, I was able to trace the source code of a 3rd party report generator or the Database access objects the came with Delphi.
