I bring up a moverlist type form (actually a form class) that allows the user to select and de-select addresses. This class opens a second copy of the view (called "cursels") so the user is adding and subtracting from it instead of directly into e_addresses. If they click "ok" it puts their changes into e_addresses. "Cancel" reverts then closes cursels.

What buffering mode are you using in the DE. (If you're using the DE)
Is it possible to build the array on the fly with out using a 2nd view?
Can you post your update code?
