John,

You might try removing the DRIVER=WINSPOOL line from the Expr memo of the first record in the .FRX.

If you want to talk directly to the printer you can use ??? to do all of the output for the report.

>Using VFP 5.0, I am attempting to print to a multi-part form (dot matrix, of course) where the first page is different from the continuation page(s). I have opened the printer in raw mode with no spooling.

>The first problem I get is an error 1957--error accessing the spooler. I don't *want* to access the spooler; I want to print directly to the printer, like the Windows 95 spooling option for the selected printer says.

>The second problem is as follows: the MESSAGEBOX prompting the user to load the continuation forms pops up even though the first page hasn't printed yet--it is spooled (I guess). After I inform my program that the continuation form is loaded, the first page prints and, without pausing, so does the 2nd page.
