It's common in other places to just post a thread with ER (Enhancement Request) at the start of the title. I think that would work just as well here. It's pretty obvious that Microsoft reads through the messages here so that would help them spot the messages. The threads can also be but in the relevant categories, which may help people interested in an area join the discussion.
