I would copy the classes.dbf file to the data directory of your ap, and change the Project to point to this ap specific classes.dbf.

This will give you two things...

Running from DO MAIN, since DATA is in the path before framework files will use your ap copy of classes.dbf

When you compile to project, and include the classes.dbf file, you will get the correct file.

Remember though, once you do this, you will have to manually maintain your ap level files when a new version of the Framework is updated.
