Even more than 'Undo', 'Backspace' and 'WordWrap' I need 'INSERT'. Somehow my written words never seem to shift over when I add text :-)

But why CAN'T you write 'ROFL' on a printout? Several of the (paper) Christmas cards I received this year contained acronyms and emoticons, so why not put them onto your own documents? Certainly I've been known to write "@%#&%" on printouts from certain (unnamed) clients!
