Inside a form I set the click event of a button control to a procedure. The procedure is a simple browse. There is no title button on the browse, so users need to press ESC to exit. I'd like NO title bar, but I'd like the upper right corner activated. What do you do to enable the three buttons in the top right without a title bar?

This is the simple one-liner procedure in the click event:
brow font 'arial',10
