I want in a way that even if no forms are open and my system is running in minimized mode , then also remider/warning should come immediately. (sort of outlook functionality in which if you have set up the task and assign it a due date. OUtlook will give you warning immediately due date comes)
i am not sure whether above functionality is possible or not. that's why i have prefer to take advise of masters .
