>Fan? LOL... we obviously didn't spend enough time together in Orlando. :) I love dragboats, it's my favorite thing in life!! I am the total motorhead, & do a lot of high performance engine building jobs with my hubby whenever he can get me away from my computer. I've been involved with the sport for over 10 years now, the hubby & I are on our 3rd boat & are known all over the east coast as "R & R Racing Team". I'm also a race official in an amaetuer club from Philly, plus we pit crew for the pro boat on that website, and I basically waste all my vacation time by taking long weekends to go racing. One of my favorite sayings is "It aint a sport if it aint got an engine".
COOOOL! I am a big drag racing fan (although my favorite vehicles have wheels). I have been to one or two top fuel DB meets here in Texas, but I make every NHRA national event I can.
I also have a '68 GTO convertible that I take to the track whenever I can. I built the car from the ground up, including shortblock, rearend, and race tranny assembly.
