We've had some discussion here recently, regarding allowed pairs of table's codepage and a tag's collating sequence. Now I'd need to control these settings programmatically. When I open a table, I want to have a choice of allowable sequences, just the way it exists in the Tools/Options/data: there's a combo which lists them. Though, it's based on the Codepage entry in Config.fpw, not an CpDbf() for any particular table (which may then lead to error: you get a table with a different codepage, have a different Set("collate") on your machine, and bang it goes when you try to index that table with an inapplicable sequence).

Is there some table with these pairs? Help is not very helpful, and all the books I've tried discuss the matter of collating sequences as much as it takes to explain the idea of codepages and sequences to a beginner.
