I tried to USE the form but I get a message back from VFP stating that it is not a table. Does anyone know of anyway to get this form back from the dead? Any help or suggestions would be of great help.

You may try some tools from UT Files section. Once when my form was trashed in similar circumstances (none of the tools had helped) and I just before that I had written a couple of big pieces of code in the form methods - I opened the .SCT file with Notepad and manually copied the code from there, then re-created the form.
