I have a data entry screen. More than one person at a time is entering data. Most of the time the screen works fine, but sometimes I get an error. I have a button that is clicked as an autoincrement, it updates the table for the id and it also updates the main table that the person is entering data into. Then the user clicks on the save button. Sometimes the following error appears, "Record has been modified by another user. Would you like to rewrite the changes?" if the user clicks on 'yes' when this message is displayed, no data seems to be lossed. Am I in danger of losing data. If not, can I remove the message by setting safety off. If I am in danger of losing data, how can I fix this problem?
