Here's the status: We are currently hard at work on the next version of Visual FoxPro. Our priorities are to keep building a great tool for creating one and two tier database applications and to build a great tool for building COM components. That's all we can tell you at this time and all we will be able to say for quite some time.

It wouldn't have to be as detailed as the document they use and I wouldn't ask them to give away any secrets.
