Hi Joe, I think you may have solved the problem for me - I will try using the header instead of the detail band. I am using float for some of the fields on the report. And yes, All data is from one record only in the file. I tried linking this file to another file where I would put a number of records, and creating one field for that record on the form, but only the first record would be printed. Ok, going offline to try your idea.
