>Unfortunatly I don't have (or want) VFP 6. This limits me to Version 3.01.
>I will look at the crappy explanation that is given in the docs I have one more time. It is unfortunate that such a common business practice has basically no documentation on how to do it.

Jon,
Sorry to hear you and your company are not big VFP fans. I have been very impressed with product Microsoft has put together and equally impressed with job Oakleaf has done in developing the Mere Mortals framework.
I have to agree with Bob that the explanation is pretty step by step and the documentation as a whole is top notch. Based on your attitude, I am not sure your heart is really into VFP development and as such you are blaming (wrongly) the tools. I have put together parent-child relationships with the framework and it works perfectly. I shutter to think at the effort it would take me to reproduce this kind of funcionality without the framework.
Kind Regards,
Mat
