Typically, I get this kind of problem when the only thing the report is told is 'use the default printer'. If, between printing sessions, the user has changed their default printer in Windows, and even switched back to the same printer, then the report automatically takes back that default printer's ... default settings.
Hope that helps (actually I had this problem many times with FoxFire - I see that it apparaently comes directly from FoxPro.
