If, between printing sessions, the user has changed their default printer in Windows, and even switched back to the same printer, then the report automatically takes back that default printer's ... default settings.

Unfortunately, she hasn't changed a thing. She printed the report with 3 different parameters today. Param 1 OK, Param 2 Portrait. Retry on Param 2 OK, Param 3 & 4 both OK. All of these done one right after the other. After she talked to me, she tried Params 2 & 3 four times each. She got one Portrait on try 3 of Param 2 and another on try 2 of Param 3.

No pattern I can see. Before she tried this, she opened the report file again and re-set the printer -- she's actually using her default windows printer, which is identical to the printer the report was developed under.
Thanks,
Barbara
