It works properly for me using VFP6 with a inputmask of 99.99. I sounds like the field could be set as text. Also, I am puzzled when you say you use "enter" to move between fields. TAB is the default way of moving between fields. Try the input mask above, if that doesn't work post the properties of one of the text boxes here. Which version of VFP are you using?
