What exactly was the problem with subclassing ACTIVE X controls. I might be having the same problem. We are using ken levy's IE classes.

thought I had something similiar to want you're saying. It had to do with programmatically subclassing ActiveX controls and getting the error with the debugger open. I spent some time last night trying like crazy to get it to happen again, and I couldn't. The only conclusion that I can come to is that
I did something stupid, fixed it, and now can't remember what it was to reproduce it. However, if you can reproduce it 100% of the time, I'm sure he'll want to hear from you.
