Hey Cliff!

Howdy, stranger. Quite a surprise to see your name pop up. Hope things are goin' well for you and yours. We were back in Jackson a couple weeks ago...Susan's mom passed away. Bud, the place sure looks small after being in Atlanta for a while!

>Just a barely related FYI (not a commercial): Oracle 8 supports a datatype which holds a file system pointer object (i.e. a graphics file, sound file, executable, etc.) and includes functions to manipulate it, so you could get the same result without having to manage the file names - but it does require Oracle 8....

Sounds GREAT! You have a spare 6 grand layin' around so I could give it a try??? <g> I sure would like to get my hands on Oracle Forms...

Cheers.
