There are a couple of reasons. You are the client and should expect things to be right. In the case of the mobile...that started this entire thread...the Solution Provider would have direct contact to his contacts in Microsoft sales. Robert would have to track down which group did the mobile and then the person that was in charge of it..a process that may take several hours.
