In the beginning of January they started to run the manual trace on my package to see where did my VS go. ("It will take up to 16 days, don't worry Mr. Neklioudov, we have your money - you will get your package!" :). Finally, this Friday, after I promised them to complain to Mr. Gates - they made another order for my VS and now, as they say, I have to wait 6 weeks for delivery!

I think it still is a Microsoft problem, but a Microsoft problem with contractors, etc., but not mine in any case.
