First, you can build an award winning site with any tool, including Notepad. I've been learning VI recently and will be taking the VI certification exam next week. IMO, if you will be targeting IIS, then VI is the way to go. If you need to target a mixed web server environment or a non-IIS server, a different product may be the way to go. I have not used the other two products, but I am basing this on my experience with VI and it's tight "integration" with IIS.
