>First, you can build an award winning site with any tool, including Notepad. I've been learning VI recently and will be taking the VI certification exam next week. IMO, if you will be targeting IIS, then VI is the way to go. If you need to target a mixed web server environment or a non-IIS server, a different product may be the way to go. I have not used the other two products, but I am basing this on my experience with VI and it's tight "integration" with IIS.

Craig, thanks for your comments. I JUST NOW finished developing my first server-side script using VBSCRIPT. My site hoster runs NT and MSIIS so I did not have anything special to do. Having not touched the other two products it looks as though MSIIS and VI is going to work fine with my site hoster; however, as always, I will explore other alternatives as the potential for expanding my software toolbox grows.

I am starting to have fun again in my chosen profession.
