I'm now looking for a good comm library and am hoping to tap whatever expertise you acquired during your quest.

Did you succeed?

I'm looking at CommTools but, since it apparently requires a CAS complient Fax I'm a little reluctant; I'd prefer using MAPI / TAPI for 95 environment.

Maybe some of the tools you discovered, though not adequate to your purposes, will serve mine fine.

They are basically that the customer needs to be able to FAX / PRINT / MAIL / E-MAIL a group of mail merged documents to the customer currently on the screen. He'd also like to click a phone icon to call the customer on the screen.

Can you advise me?
