If not, I suspect it's an ActiveX control issue -- the SDT Database Explorer uses a TreeView version 5, ImageList version 5, and CommonDialogs version 5. Perhaps try reinstalling these controls, or even reinstalling VFP (I've heard of other folks who had similar weird problems that went away after reinstalling VFP).

I can avoid the problem for now by just not doing a clear all, but I will check those controls when I get a chance.
