Sounds like either a corrupted project file, or something went funky with your Foxuser.dbf.
Delete your Foxuser.dbf. If that doesn't work, try killing the pjx and starting a new one (this is easy, just add your main program to the file, and most of the rest should be pulled in automatically when your build the project.)
