Why, should this be ? ActiveX controls can have their own Handle withing VFP? I'm not an expert when it comes to Activex but can't the Hwnd control be a solution?

Hmmm, Again i don't see much of a drawback here as you don't have to use these software. And when this becomes relevant maybe we'll have another solution.

Though i know the bitmap controls are not perfect, I think in almost every case a VFP programmer would not have a big problem with them. Problems with ActiveX controls often occur when vendors of these control dids not test then with VFP or didn't program these according the guidlines MS has given.
